Domtom is a professional laundry and dry cleaning brand operating in West Delhi with multiple service locations, including Patel Nagar, Rajinder Nagar, and Ramesh Nagar. Since starting operations in 2021, Domtom has focused on delivering consistent garment care through centralized processing, trained teams, and modern equipment. All clothes are processed at Domtom’s dedicated Rama Road facility, ensuring quality control and standardized cleaning for every order. With hundreds of customer reviews across locations, technology-driven operations, and a strong backend system for tracking and communication, Domtom has built long-term trust among residential and commercial customers.
Our Infrastructure & Technology
Domtom operates a centralized garment processing facility of approximately 2,000 square feet on Rama Road, New Delhi. The facility is equipped with professional Electrolux dryers, dry cleaning machines, and industry-grade finishing equipment. Domtom also uses its own backend software integrated with WhatsApp Cloud APIs and barcode-based garment tagging to improve accuracy, order tracking, and customer communication across all locations.
