Delete your DomTom account
DomTom (Android package com.domtom.app) lets you create an account with phone, Google, or guest access. You can request full account deletion in the app or from this page.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Domtom app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, saved address, and preferences, and anonymizes linked order personal data where applicable.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email us from the address linked to your account (or include your registered phone number):

Use subject line: Account deletion request. Include your name, phone number, and email used in the app. We process requests as soon as reasonably possible.
What we delete vs retain
- Deleted: account profile, contact details, saved addresses, and app preferences.
- Anonymized or retained where required: completed order records needed for taxes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (personal identifiers removed where possible).
